Ingalls Rink AKA The Whale
The rink of the Yale Bulldogs was designed by famed
architect Eero Saarinen '34 and built in 1959. It was recently named the rink with the "Best Design" across all of America by New York Times.
Yale Center For British Art
The center was a gift from Paul Mellon and it was designed by Louis I. Kahn in 1966.
It houses a collection of nearly 2000 paintings and 100 sculptures,
the most comprehensive collection of British Art outside the United Kingdom.
